Agreement

1. Parties

This Band Member Buyout Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on this _____ day of ______, 20 (the “Effective Date”), by and between [Departing Band Member Name], [Remaining Band Member 1 Name], and [Remaining Band Member 2 Name] (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).

2. Buyout of Departing Band Member’s Interest

2.2 The purchase price for the departing band member’s interest shall be determined in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto.
